1 — Who These Terms Apply To
IThese Terms apply to anyone who accesses IoTWatt 4.0 — whether you are an individual user or acting on behalf of your organisation. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you are registering for a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2 — Your Account
Each account is personally assigned to a named individual — shared accounts are not permitted. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and OTP codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@iotwatt.io.
3 — What You Can and Cannot Do
You may use IoTWatt 4.0 to monitor and manage energy data for your organisation's facilities. You must not attempt to access another client's data, reverse-engineer the platform, introduce malicious code, scrape data with automated tools, or resell access without our written consent.
4 — Your Data Belongs to You
You retain full ownership of the energy data, reports, and records you generate on the platform. You grant Saturn Pyro only the limited right to process that data in order to deliver the services you have subscribed to. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties. 5 — AI Features
IoTWatt 4.0 includes AI-assisted analytics and predictive monitoring. These features are designed to support your decision-making, not replace it. AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate — you are responsible for applying appropriate judgement before acting on them.
6 — Platform Availability
Saturn Pyro targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Features may be updated or retired over time and material changes will be notified. See status.iotwatt.io for more information
Liability and More Information
Saturn Pyro's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from reliance on AI outputs or inaccurate device data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation will be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
